Communications and Human Resources work hand in hand and I attribute a great deal of my success as a senior HR business partner to Sue and her unique ability to sense the pulse of the organisation and advise management accordingly. At the time in which Sue and I worked together there was a considerable amount of change throughout the organisation leading to a tremendous amount of angst and uncertainty. She worked with the CIO, his leadership team and myself to develop and implement an internal communications strategy and plan to help build trust and confidence in the management team and the organisation overall. Her role in change management communications was critical as new IT systems were developed and integrated throughout the company thereby ensuring a successful launch of those systems.

Through the years, I have been impressed with Sue’s ability and commitment to her clients. Her communication (both verbal and written), influencing, and leadership skills as well as her ability to develop strong relationships are exceptional. She is an extremely capable individual with potential still largely untapped.
